Wall Street & World Event Commentary
The United States of America is the greatest nation in all history. It is greater than the Roman Empire, greater than Alexander's Greece, and greater than all nations combined today. The reason is that it was the first capitalist republic with a democratic form of government and with an enduring constitutional program that has not yet been matched by any other nation. It represents the most successful form of government of any nation in history. Only a fool, an idiot or an enemy would want to transform it into any thing else.
I truly believe that the element of speed is infinite and that the speed of light can be surpassed. This reasoning is based on common sense. However, almost every scientist seems to disagree. I live to be different.
Personal Commentary
While it is true that the human race has produced wonders, the progress has been accomplished over an incredible number of centuries. I will even describe it as a disgrace. The human race is a disgrace. The human race has been side-lined by so many conflicts and unproductive events that it can only be described as horrendous. Was there any imaginative intelligence or logic in the days of Egypt, Rome or even Elizabethan England? Did not the early rockets of the Chinese inspire anyone? Did not anyone even see that steam could drive or push an object even in the days of early Egypt? When did the steamship and steam engine come into being? You do not need prior technology to observe that something could have been done about these observations long before the so-called industrial revolution. Instead, people were wasting their time killing other people like savages in the wild with blades and spears. Okay, if people enjoyed killing each other so much, how come some human could not even think of a rocket propelled by gun powder and produced a gun. The invention of a gun should have been produced a thousand years ago so people could kill each other more efficiently. From the American revolution to the Civil War, people used a rifle with a metal ball and gun powder rammed into a barrel with a rod. That was a period of almost 100 years. That is just one little example of the problem. How about river flow? Did not people see that the flow of water would be able to run some sort of mechanism even in the days of Rome? There is something about humans that allow them to get side-tracked.
